I stumbled on this site and feel so blessed that I did. I just lost 2 friends a husband and wife 30 and 31 to a drunk driver Christmas night. They were killed by a 24 year girl who was 3 times the limit here in Texas. I feel so sad for yall. I am a mother of a 5 year old and can't imagine. Your daughter was beautiful and seemed to have touched so many lives... she has touched mine. You are in my prayers.
I'm a father of two beautiful girls. I can't imagine the loss you must feel for your precious daughter. I also came to this site by chance and felt compelled to express my sorrow and prayers for your loss. I know your daughter touched the lives of many people including me and my family. Rachel, even though I never knew you,Thank You for reconnecting me with my family. Our prayers are with you and your family . Sincerely Nicholas Baeza (IN)
Rachel, I've been listening to your CD and thinking of you...I wish you were still with us...I think you will always be missed.
We are sorry to hear of your loss we suffered such a loss our self 2 months ago to some one whom had been drinker and wouldn't let our daughter drive when she was supposed to be the designated driver. She was 1 &1/2 hours away from home she felt helpless. We have started a foundation the Brittany Nation Foundation Against Drunk Driving. To spread awareness and give out rides to people in the same situation. May God Bless you and your family we for sure know what your going through it's unimaginable.
Dearest Elliott family: Thanks for sharing Rachel's life in this way with all of us. While we did not get to know her due to our distance over the years, this has truly helped us to see what a beautiful, godly girl she is. God bless you all in 2009! Love, Randy and Jen Garcia

I am so sorry for your loss. Thank you for the courage to leave the flyer on your car. I hope that more people take the time to read it and recognize the devastation drinking and driving brings into so many lives.
I totally happened upon this site by chance.. I was reading about driving in the snow and then I read a story about this 21 year old named Jason who was hit in the same way. And I am completely confused because my husbands name is Jason and my best friend is Rachel. Maybe this is telling me not to take life for granted. I am so, so sorry for your loss. Your niece was so beautiful and special. I know that she is somewhere so proud of you for this site. Her story is heartbreaking. I looked at her dad's blog and the pain is unimaginable. I think we all get so caught up in ourselves if anything this has reminded me how precious life is. I will not forget Rachel's story. Promise.
HI, I'm very sorry to hear about your loss. It truly saddens me to hear about how she passed away. I began to get teary eyed. I'm doing a presentation on Banning alocohol permnanently and it led me to this page. I will pray that God heals the pain that was caused by this senseless tragedy. -expressions of God's Chosen One

I am so sorry for your loss. Recently in one of my classes we had to do a project and i chose the topic of drunk driving. During this project one of my close friends who was 17 died because he was hit by a drunk driver. it really made it had to do the project, but i realized that it would get across to my classmates clearer that it CAN happen to them to. I came across your page and noticed that rachel was a part of SADD, so i thought i needed to show my support against drunk driving. Rachels story was a true inspiration, thank you for sharing it!!!!!
Steve, Jill and Eric-I am at work and was googling something and a link to Rachel's site popped out at me...Chance? I don't believe so....You all have been in my thoughts frequently since Rachel's service...I can just look across my street in Corona and envision your family still living there...All of the neighborhood kids just talking and hanging out...Please know that you are all in my prayers this Holiday season and always...I think of Rachel babysitting my kids and now my Rachel is almost 17 years old...I know they are alike in alot of ways...Both good girls...Both striving to be Christ like...Both friends to all...Both just beautiful human beings...May you feel God's love pouring down on you now and always...Love The Tice Family..... Donna, Mike, Rachel and Ryan

Hey, My name is Rachel too spelt a little bit differently but I too have lost someone in a car accident and know the pain and heartache it can cause. Only time will heal and it is important to stick together and reflect in times of loss. I hope that I too can influence the world like Rachel Elliott did.

I am so sorry that Rachel was taken from your family this way. I lost my father to a drunk driver when I was four. I have my own blog, duivictimsvoice.blogspot.com I have written a song called "Fun In A Bottle." I think it may be very meaningful to you. If so, please share it with others. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bTAX2K4f6dI I also have a facebook group DUI Victims Voice that anyone who wants to stand up against drunk driving can join. Also, I create anti-drunk driving posters and t-shirts that are available at cost from my blog.
I knew the drunk driver who killed Rachel, Elva was an EMT at Emergency Ambulance Service in Brea, Orange County. She was quite a nice girl but was famous for being a party maniac along with all the other stupid bitches, All of us hate her now and she is a disgrace to the EMS community...I hope she fries in jail.
